Emily Nixon started her journey at VMP, developing a marketing plan for Mariah Carey's Daydream album, which she describes as 'a dream come true.' Her role involves overseeing the full marketing and partnerships department, ensuring that every record released meets VMP's high standards. Emily shared, 'My day-to-day entails choosing vinyl colors and special finishes, like foil stamping or embossing, to make each record stand out.'

Clay Conder, on the other hand, is responsible for bringing these records to life with his design expertise. His days are filled with concepting and sketching box sets for VMP's Anthology series as well as designing packaging for Records of the Month. Clay highlighted, 'Every day is a little different at VMP, but most days include developing the visual identity of our releases.'

She expressed, 'This is potentially my favorite run of albums by any artist, ever, so to get the chance to put this together visually was a dream come true.'
